Session 1 – 6/8 and Triplets Over Two Beats
Please download and print these handouts before the first class:
- Basic Packet for 6/8 session.
This is the only thing you need to print; all others are optional as needed.
Includes review materials, exercises, and rhythm patterns used during the session. - Practice in going back and forth between duples and triplets.
Optional practice if you are already comfortable with duples and triplets.

This is included in the basic packet; print if you want extras for your own use. - Holst 2nd Suite page.
