We will listen to each of these lines and then all four together. - Mixed Meter – Uf dem anger (from Carmina Burana, by Carl Orff)
This is an interesting example of meters that change back and forth between a duple feel & triple feel.
Final Rhythm Deciphering Project
We will do these together in Session 5, so please print these pages out so you can mark them up.
You are welcome to try on your own before class. Can you decipher them? Some are easy; some are NOT!
